Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid OmniShield plans (Pro and Omni Pass) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through either of the following channels:
- Telegram Bot: Send the command
/refundto our support bot @omnishield_bot. You will receive a confirmation and the refund will be processed automatically. - Email: Send a request to [email protected] with your account username or Telegram ID. We will respond within 24 hours.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier immediately.
- Any active subscription configurations will remain accessible on the Free tier (with free tier limits).
4. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund
The following cases are excluded from our refund guarantee:
- After 7 days: Requests made more than 7 calendar days after the purchase date.
- Account termination for abuse: If your account was suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service (e.g., illegal use, sharing credentials publicly, attacking infrastructure).
- Excessive usage with intent to abuse: If you consumed significantly more bandwidth than a reasonable user before requesting a refund (e.g., running a public proxy, commercial scraping, or mining through the VPN).
- Repeated refund requests: Users who have previously received a refund and re-subscribed are not eligible for a second refund.
- Omnixploit benefits: EXP bonuses, VIP status, or other in-game benefits received through the Omni Pass plan are non-refundable and will be revoked upon refund.
5. Free Tier and Node Holder Plan
The Free tier and Node Holder plan are provided at no cost and therefore are not subject to refunds. If you experience issues with these plans, please contact support for assistance.
6. Disputes
If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision is incorrect, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with details of your case. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
