Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OmniShield ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OmniShield provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service using five stealth protocols: VLESS+Reality, VLESS+XHTTP, Shadowsocks 2022, AmneziaWG 2.0, and DTLS Masquerade. The Service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers across 9 countries to protect your privacy and bypass network restrictions including DPI, TSPU, and IP white lists.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and subscription URL.
  • You must not share your subscription URL with unauthorized users.
  • One account per person unless explicitly authorized.

4. Service Plans

  • Free: 300MB/day, limited to 3 server locations.
  • Node Holder: Unlimited access, requires an active node in Omnixploit. Access revoked when node becomes inactive.
  • Pro: $3/month, unlimited access to all features.
  • Omni Pass: $5/month, includes Pro features + Omnixploit VIP + 500 EXP bonus.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal activities under applicable law
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attacking, scanning, or probing other networks or systems
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Any activity that could damage the Service infrastructure
  • Torrenting or peer-to-peer file sharing of copyrighted material
  • Cryptocurrency mining through the VPN tunnel
  • Automated scraping, crawling, or mass data collection

6. Bandwidth and Fair Use

To ensure quality for all users, the following limits apply:

  • Free tier: 300MB per day, 3 server locations.
  • Paid tiers: Unlimited bandwidth with fair use. Sustained abuse (e.g., running public proxies, commercial data scraping) may result in throttling or suspension.
  • We reserve the right to temporarily limit bandwidth during peak hours to maintain service quality for all users.
  • Excessive consumption that degrades the experience for other users may trigger a review of your account.

7. Omnixploit Integration

The Node Holder plan is contingent on maintaining an active node in the Omnixploit game. If your node becomes inactive or is deleted, your VPN plan will automatically downgrade to the Free tier. The Omni Pass benefits in Omnixploit are subject to the game's own terms of service.

8. Payment and Refunds

  • Paid plans are billed monthly.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  • A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to all paid plans. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • No refunds for partial months of service after the 7-day guarantee period.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of the Acceptable Use policy (Section 5)
  • Sharing your subscription URL publicly or selling access to third parties
  • Abuse of the free tier (e.g., creating multiple accounts to bypass limits)
  • Non-payment for paid plans after a 7-day grace period
  • Any activity that threatens the security or stability of our infrastructure

Terminated accounts lose access immediately. For paid accounts terminated due to violations, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your account voluntarily at any time through the Telegram bot or by contacting support.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and modifications to the Service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
